Are you wondering what to make for Superbowl Sunday? You need to make this pizza! The serrano pepper and the honey provide the best sweet and spicy combination you have been dreaming about.

The first time I tried something like this was at Best Pizza in Williamsburg Brooklyn and I was obsessed after. I thought to myself I needed to try it! I only had salami on hand – you can use pepperoni – but the salami, to my surprise, honestly tasted better! It meshed so well with the honey!

If you love this recipe, feel free to try my Lobster Bucatini and my Seafood Fra Diavolo.

Preheat the oven to 450 F. Add flour to the counter and flatten the dough out with a roller. Make sure to put flour on your hands and on the roller to keep the dough from sticking. Spray a baking sheet with non stick spray. Add the pizza dough on it.

With a spoon, add the marinara on the pizza. Slice the mozzarella and place about 5-7 slices on the pizza. Add the cherry tomatoes, serrano pepper, and salami. Drizzle the honey on top. Put the pie in the oven for 15-18 minutes. If you want an extra crunch, feel free to broil for about 1-2 minutes extra after – watch closely!
