Looking to grill some lamb chops but don't know where to start? This is a very simple recipe to grill lamb chops and also give it a little kick with the extra sauce!

What are good substitutes for ingredients?

Basil can be used as a mint substitute in savory dishes like these chops. Although basil is not sweet like mint, it would give it a great taste.

What is the best wine for these lamb chops?

Pinot noir would go well with lamb chops. Any red wine that is full-bodied, like cabernet sauvignon, or merlot.

How to make Greek Lamb Chops

Preheat the grill to high heat. Add the olive oil and the Greek oregano in a bowl and mix. Add the lamb chops and let them marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Grill the lamb chops for about 2 minutes each side to sear, 3 minutes each side for medium-rare and 4 minutes each side for medium. Anything more will be well done!

Add the mint and the olive oil in a blender. Squeeze in the lemon juice. Blend and serve on the side.
