Description
This Greek Lamb Chops dish is made with lamb chops, oregano, mint leaves, olive oil, and lemon.
Ingredients

- 16 lamb chops
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of oregano, preferably greek
- Salt and pepper as needed
Sauce
- 1/4 cup of mint leaves
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat. Add the olive oil and the oregano in a bowl and mix. Add the lamb chops and let them marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Grill the lamb chops for about 2 minutes each side to sear, 3 minutes each side for medium-rare and 4 minutes each side for medium. Anything more will be well done!
- Add the mint and the olive oil in a blender. Squeeze in the lemon juice. Blend and serve on the side.
