Description
This Chicken Caprese Sandwich with Roasted Peppers is made with chicken cutlets, mozzarella, roasted red peppers, balsamic vinegar, and a baguette.
Ingredients

- 1 French baguette, toasted
- 1 fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/2 cup of roasted red peppers
- 1 sliced beefsteak tomato
- 3 pieces of chicken cutlets
- Season with balsamic vinegar, as you wish
Instructions
- Prep the chicken cutlets and the roasted red peppers.
- Once everything is done, cut the baguettes and toast the baguette. Make a sandwich out of the chicken cutlet and top with the sliced mozzarella, red peppers, tomatoes, and drizzle balsamic vinegar.
