Description

These Truff Hot Sauce Wings are made with chicken wings, baking powder, paprika, Truff hot sauce, butter, and served with ranch on the side.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt
  • ½ cup Truff Hot Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Optional: Ranch, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a ziplock bag, add the chicken wings, baking powder, garlic powder and salt. Toss to combine.
  2. Oven: Add the chicken wings onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven at 425F for 25-30 minutes. You may broil an extra 2-3 minutes after for extra crispiness.
  3. Air Fryer: Set the air fryer to 360 degrees F and cook for 12 minutes, then flip the wings with tongs and cook for 12 minutes more.
  4. Grill: On medium heat, Grill, flipping the wings every 5 minutes, for a total of 20 minutes of cooking.
  5. Meanwhile in a saucepan, add the hot sauce and the butter, stirring, until the butter melts.
  6. Add the wings into a mixing bowl and add the sauce and shake well. Add ranch on the side.

Notes

Don't skip the baking powder, this gives the wings extra crispy skin.
