Description
These Cookie Butter Puppy Chow are made with Rice Chex, semisweet chocolate chips, Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough, vanilla extract, salted butter, and powdered sugar.

- 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Add the Chex cereal in a large Ziplock bag or a large mixing bowl with a lid. Set aside.
- In a microwavable bowl, add the chocolate chips, cookie dough, butter and vanilla and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir and microwave longer until mixture can be stirred. If necessary, add a tiny splash of water for a more liquid texture. Pour the mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated. Mix in the bag or lidded bowl.
