Description
This Panko Chicken Recipe with Horseradish is made with chicken drumsticks, eggs, horseradish, Worcestershire, panko crumbs, and baked to perfection.

- 4 chicken drumsticks, skin on
- 1 egg, beaten
- Optional: 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons chopped dill
- Optional: Tzatziki sauce, for serving
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg, horseradish, Worcestershire and salt together.
- In another bowl, mix the panko crumbs, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Dip the drumsticks into the egg mixture, then dredge the drumsticks in the crumbs.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
- Garnish the drumsticks with dill. Serve with tzatziki sauce.
Notes
- I love using chicken drumsticks with this recipe, although you can use any bone-in chicken like chicken thighs or chicken wings.
