Description

This Nespresso Pumpkin Spice Latte (Low Calorie) is made with espresso, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp. maple syrup or stevia
  • - 1tsp ground cinnamon
  • - 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • - 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • - 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 shots of espresso

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, pumpkin, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves in a small saucepan over medium low heat. Whisk everything together and heat up until a light simmer. Shut the heat off and transfer the milk mixture to a blender. 
  2. Make a strong shot of espresso and add to the blender and blend for 10 seconds until light and frothy. 
  3. Pour into your mug and top with fresh cinnamon.
