Garlic Lemon Broccoli

Description

This Lemon Parmesan Broccoli is made with a head of broccoli, parmesan, garlic, lemons, olive oil, and baked into perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • One broccoli head, cut up into florets
  • ¼ cup of parmesan
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Half a lemon, zested and juiced separately
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, as needed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Place the broccoli in a bowl along with the garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, pepper and mix.
  3. Spray nonstick spray onto a baking dish and lay the broccoli on. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until slightly charred.
  4. When you take the broccoli out, add the lemon juice and the parmesan. Enjoy!
